I joined Towerview Care Group in July 2021 when we had just recently opened our sixth home. I produce some of our internal weekly and monthly financial and quality/clinical governance information reports. I also work with our investors to cost new acquisition proposals and assist our Business Development team when looking at renovation proposals. As we strive to continuously improve, I am currently working on projects to further enhance the efficiency and accuracy of our reporting and centralise our data sources. I have a degree in Business Management and am part CIMA qualified (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants). I have had a varied career working predominantly at large companies within the Health and Social Care sector, in Commercial Analyst and Regional Management positions. Supplying various care services to local authorities and the NHS. Throughout my career, I have always understood the importance of service quality and how all support functions really do play a crucial part in organisations achieving this, which is why Towerview Care is such a good fit for me as everyone is of the same belief.
