Hello, I’m Phil, and I joined the Towerview Care group in January 2023 as Transformation & Standardisation Lead, moving on to becoming Head of Quality & Compliance in March 2023.
I have many years of experience working in different health and social care roles, specialising in service and provider turnaround. As a registered and turnaround manager, I am proud to have worked with some fantastic teams who have shown the very best of social care.
I am passionate about simplifying governance and compliance to give teams more time to focus on care delivery and genuinely positive outcomes for the people we are privileged to support.
I advocate for utilising technology in our homes to enrich people’s lives and support continuous quality improvement.
