I joined Towerview Care in January 2022 as part of the quality team. In March 2024 I was accepted into the Senior Manager Team with my new position of Lead for Quality & Restraint Reduction.
I have worked in social care for 10 years with developing my career from being a care assistant, a Dual Registered Manager, and then developing into a Regional Manager Role, all within a supported living setting. The services I supported and obtained were for residents with autism, complex learning disability, and mental health diagnosis.
Due to my experience in operations, has allowed me to focus on what changes to quality are needed to make the systems and processes better, and essentially giving more time back to all the staff to deliver exceptional quality care.
As part of the role of the Lead for Quality & Restraint Reduction as I am passionate about the well-being of our residents and giving the correct tools to our staff teams to achieve this.
I am thrilled to deliver our new Quality and Restraint Reduction strategy and support our colleagues in care, compassion, and clinical excellence.
